**Return Policy**
At The Foundry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a return or exchange is needed, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Inspect your order carefully before discarding any packing material. Please read the following return guidelines carefully, NOT all return/exchange requests will be accepted.
**Eligibility**
Metal & LED Products:
All damaged/defective products and/or shortages (missing items) MUST be reported within 10 days of receiving your order. "Damaged product" refers to scratches or bent items that may have occurred during shipping. We will send a one-time replacement if this occurs. Damaged, Defective, and Inaccurate items will be replaced or exchanged free of charge with no additional shipping costs. If you receive a product that is not what you ordered a return label will be supplied free of charge and we will ensure that your proper order is delivered to you with no additional expense.
Framed Products:

We do not accept returns for faded products. Our products are designed for Interior Wall Decor and not for outdoor use.

Exchanges may be subjected to an additional shipping fee if we find that the reason for said exchange is due to customer error. In the event that the exchange is due to an error made on behalf of The Foundry or one of our shipping providers the cost of shipping will be free of charge.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error made by The Foundry/Shipping provider or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no additional cost.
