How long will it take for my order to ship?
Our products take an estimated 5-7 business days to ship. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and not guaranteed.
How long does shipping take?

Why is shipping so expensive?
Shipping costs are according to weight and delivery destination. Please note that your shipping cost may vary depending on how far your delivery destination is from where our manufacturer is and/or the weight of your order.
How long do the LED lights last?
The lights are rated for 50,000 hours.
Can I place my sign outside?
Our products are designed for Interior Wall Decor and not for outdoor use.
What are the size options for the LEDs?
- Round LEDS are 23in Dia and 36in Dia.
- Rectangular Portrait LED are 23in and a length of 18in.
- Rectangular Landscape LED has a height of 18in and a length of 23in.
- Accent Lights are 10in height by 13in long. The thickness of this product is 4in.
- Die-Cut LEDS have small 23in or large 36in sizing in height. Width sizing varies depending on shape. Please check official sizing on the desired items individual product page.
What are the size options for the metal signs?
- Our smaller sign is 5.75 in x 15.5 in.
- Our medium sign is 7.75 in x 11.75 in.
- Our large sign is 11.5 in x 15.5 in.
Can I buy a blank sign?
No, we do not sell blank signs. Completely Custom signs must have a customization, we will not accept it as a blank sign
How long is the power cord to the LEDs?
The length is approximately 7 ½ ft.
