It arrived in a timely manner and only after a few times of use inside, it no longer works. Seems to be good quality material but to have the LED lights only work for like 15 hours is terrible, a bad investment

I ordered the tavern sign and it turned out beautifully. Customer service is excellent, there was minor damage during shipping and within a day of contacting the company, I was given a reply and the issue resolved to my satisfaction.
